Host an Event

Want to host and event to share what you’ve learned about cervical cancer prevention? Not sure where to start?

Here are some ideas to help get you started:

• Invite your girlfriends over for a House Party of Five. Pearl of Wisdom campaign lead partner Tamika & Friends has created a kit that comes loaded with educational games that helps you share important information with your friends about what they need to know to protect their cervical health.
• Make a presentation at your local club, church or community center, using our sample PowerPoint presentation. Download the PPT here (8.6mb).
• Belong to a sorority? Host a tea party or mixer where you can share information you’ve learned.
• Organize a walk or race. 
• Ask your healthcare provider to carry our brochure for patients which are available in packs of 25.
